Summary of food

There are all different types of foods. There is different foods for different places on the in the world. Like Mexico is know for the burrito and America for the cheeseburger. There is also foods that can be good for people and food that can be bad for people. Some good foods are foods that are all natural and organic. Some examples are bananas and oats also healthy meat like stake that has no preservatives. Food plays and important part in the world today and there are also a lot of harmful or unhealthy food that people with eat on a daily basics if they work long hours and they don't have time to eat or cook anything because they are so busy. And people with do this for a while and gain weight which will lead to different types of health issues if people do not stop eating the harmful food everyday because of the bad effects it can have later on. Most harmful food have a lot of calories and can raise blood surges and things like that. There are also unhealthy foods people eat to hold them over until breakfast ,lunch, or dinner but usually lunch and dinner. They are foods like chips and different types of candies and candy bars. There is a lot of different food that can effect peoples diets and health so it is important to eat the right foods.

There are food that are extremely unhealthy and they can cause risks to health and personal diet. It is important to eat a balance meal of all different food groups and not eating fast food everyday because of the health risks it can cause and effect different people with. Some of the most popular foods can be the worst for you. Such as cheese burgers, candy/chocolate,baked bean, french fries, and hot dogs are just as few. So a lot of children today are turning over weight because of the fast food everyone is eating today. Other unhealthy foods are different types of candies that lead to teeth problems in young children.  Also kids today are drinking things with high amounts of sugars and perspectives that are not good for young children as well as adults. Alot of restaurants are also starting to server desserts like fast food places in the hope that they will make more money from attracting kids or someone who went to by just a single thing there.

Dinner

Dinner is the last meal of the day and can be eaten at the latest depending on when people get home it is important to eat dinner. But if you don't eat all day than only eat at night fat can build up because of all the calories that cant been burned. This is manly because people don't burn calories in there sleep so without exercise it has no where to go and most likely is going to built up and form into fat. Also the more people eat at dinner depends on how much lunch they ate which depends on how much breakfast they ate which depends on how much they eat for dinner the night before which makes a cycle of eating and not to mention they food that people eat in between the three meals of the day that is spent on eating different desserts or snacks that they have throughout the day. Dinner also plays and important part in how hungry someone will be at breakfast the next morning which just depends on how much and what kind of dinner they at the night before. Dinner is an important part in not only the ending of a day but beginning the next morning with breakfast.

Lunch

Lunch in my opinion is the least important and other than Breakfast skipped meal of the day. Lunch is kind of just a meal to hold someone over until dinner. It is usually a fast food type of meal were you don't sit down to eat lunch or you pack your on lunch if you work or go to school. The abbreviation lunch, in use from 1823, is taken from the more formal lunchentach. Most fast food company's make there money during lunch because of the fact that most people don't stay and eat for lunch but instead dinner. Also lunch is know as the meal to hold someone over until lunch and then people go home and eat lunch that was cooked at home or picked up on the way home. Lunch is a meal that isn't very important to regular people because it is at the end of a school or work day and most people go home and eat around the house waiting tell dinner anyway instead of actually eating lunch and just find a snack or something to eat after they get home form school or a job. Also lunch is in the middle of the day so if someone has been eating up to that don't they wont be hungry because they have been eating until noon then when its time for lunch they are not hungry.

Breakfast

Breakfast, is the food that people eat at the beginning of the day usually before noon and is called the most important meal of the day because it is what your body uses for energy and brain food. There are different types of foods for breakfast. Some people like muffins,pancakes,waffles, or french toast. While other people like a type of biscuit rather it is a chicken biscuit,sausage, or a regular biscuit. The most common breakfast in America is in my opinion bacon and eggs. Some people in different parts of the world with eat things like catfish eaten in Louisiana for all three meals someday, and snails which is know in France as common food. Breakfast helps to keep people focused until lunch. Breakfast is also an important day to help focus on school or work instead of thinking about they food someone may have for lunch or dinner. Another famous breakfast is cereal some types of cereals are Captain Crunch, Trix, Wheaties, Reece's, Rice Crisps, Lucky Charms, Special K, and Cookie Crisps are some well know types of cereals. Breakfast is an important part of the day because it helps with focus and hunger throughout the school or work day also there are many questions for breakfront so you can get the most work done because of breakfast.

Food

There is a lot of food out in the world today and all different types of it as well. There is different types of food depending on which country people go to. For example Mexico has burrito's and America has the cheeseburger. each country has a food that has been ripped of like Asian food because panda express inst exactly real Asian food. There are different types of foods to some type of are know as desserts. Ice cream and candy are two types of desserts that are know today. The bad thing about to much food like candy and ice cream is you can start to gain weight especially if people don't get exercise after they eat a dessert or something that is high on calories. The fat will start to build up and eating more will just cause people to gain more weight without a proper diet or the right amount of exercise that is needed to burn of the calories in desserts and food in general. The different types of food depending on were you go is also going to depend on the fat that is gained, in America cheeseburgers and fries can cause people to gain weight especially on a daily schedule. Today there are foods that you can eat when on a diet with less calories to help loose weight and make sure that you don't gain that weight back from eating different foods.
