Dinner

Dinner is the last meal of the day and can be eaten at the latest depending on when people get home it is important to eat dinner. But if you don't eat all day than only eat at night fat can build up because of all the calories that cant been burned. This is manly because people don't burn calories in there sleep so without exercise it has no where to go and most likely is going to built up and form into fat. Also the more people eat at dinner depends on how much lunch they ate which depends on how much breakfast they ate which depends on how much they eat for dinner the night before which makes a cycle of eating and not to mention they food that people eat in between the three meals of the day that is spent on eating different desserts or snacks that they have throughout the day. Dinner also plays and important part in how hungry someone will be at breakfast the next morning which just depends on how much and what kind of dinner they at the night before. Dinner is an important part in not only the ending of a day but beginning the next morning with breakfast.
